How the food is grown or raised which is eaten can have a major impact on your mental and emotional health as well as the environment. Organic foods often have more beneficial nutrients, such as antioxidants, it is also much beneficial for people with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives may find their symptoms go away with time by adding organic food.

Nowadays since the covid -19 create the situation of crisis at all level health, emotionally and financial crisis. It develops a different attitude of people to see life. The main focus is how to secure life and stay healthy to fight against this virus. Suddenly now people mainly focus on how to build a strong immunity which almost nobody cares about before pandemic. It put organic food in the limelight which is always the better choice for a healthy body.

Organically raised animals are NOT given antibiotics, growth hormones, or fed animal byproducts.  Organically-raised animals tend to be given more space to move around and access to the outdoors, which help to keep them healthy.

As mentioned above, one of the primary benefits of eating organic is lower levels of pesticides. Despite popular belief, organic farms do use pesticides. The difference is that they only use naturally-derived pesticides, rather than synthetic pesticides. Natural pesticides are believed to be less toxic, however, some have been found to have health risks.
